It was a jubilant occasion for Apollo Hospitals Group when it announced Apollo Health Connect Initiatives in Dhaka. Apollo Hospitals India has various clinical, academic and onsite engagements in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Dr. Anupam Sibal – Group Medical Director inaugurated the program. The health connect initiatives included Apollo announcing its representative office and Tele Clinic in Chittagong followed by Apollo-Biman Holidays-Travel Shop- Online Portal Launch.


Dr. Anupam Sibal – Group Medical Director stated that he was delighted to be in Bangladesh. He further remarked that with ever-increasing disease burden especially on non-communicable diseases, healthcare delivery has to be a shared responsibility beyond geographical boundaries. He stated that at Apollo, we treasure our relationship with Bangladesh and all our initiatives are aimed at further strengthening the relationship. Dr Sibal thanked the medical fraternity of Bangladesh and associates of Apollo in Bangladesh for all their good work in the service of humanity. He said the great role played by print and electronic media in health awareness is commendable and lauded their contribution.


Mr. Mohammed Ullah – Chairman of Crystal Health connected on televised medium from Chittagong and stated that he is happy to represent Asia’s largest healthcare provider in Chittagong province and with tele clinic, the patients will have ease of access to the specialist in Apollo India.


Mr. Mohammed Salahhudin – Managing Director of Travel Shop/ Biman Holidays stated that as the first Online Travel entity in Bangladesh, they are glad to bring online pre-paid health check service in association with Apollo Hospitals Group.

Dr Sibal felicitated the Apollo associates in Bangladesh.
